I am a life sciences transaction expert. My career has been across all sectors of the life science industry, but has always concentrated on seeking and executing transactions. These range from business development contracts for products or services, through investment rounds to exit transactions.

I have a deal sheet comprising $800m of transactions.

My intellectual process is to identify the points of value inflection and then build a transaction around them.
